JANAKPUR, AUG 01 -
Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) Chairman Kamal Thapahas said federalism was not the national agenda and that the country needs a local autonomy governance system.
Speaking at a press conference in Janakpur on Thursday, Thapa said the Constituent Assembly election would not be disrupted just because the CPN-Maoist does not join the election process.
The political forces and any individual have rights to boycott or participate in the election process but could not disturb it. RSS
